Opened Pinot Noir from Wyndham Estate on Saturday evening. The wine was quite a disappointment. The tannic was so so so strong. The wine was fragant, the after taste showed sign of sweetness. But the strong and overwhelming tannic musked the flavours. In fact, it appeared flat on the taste buds. Probably the wine is too young and no where near its peak. Most prob will stick strictly to Malborough's Pinot Noir in the future after this bad experience. I can only hope that Louis Jardot will live up to its expectation haha....
