Sea, sun and sun burnt

That's the theme for Shi Bdae this year as the bdae celebrations stretches from 19 Apr - 20 Apr 08. It was revisit to a confidential site in Singapore to lobster. A fine Saturday morning and assisted by GPS, we made it to the ulu site. Initially, the water was chompy and it was quite hard to see the lobsters and the bait refuse to settle onto the rocks. It wasn't long before the 1st lobster fell prey to the tasty prawn. Shi had to rush to the car to find a container to store the lobster.

Working together, 2 middle sized lobsters were caught later and the day ended with the catch of a small lobster which was observing me just under the rocks just in front of me.

Interestingly, we saw an eel which twice stole the prawns from the bait.

The story on the 20 Apr 08 should come up in a day or 2. Writing with a tired brain and eyes after a day of windsurfing.
