Pride is a dangerous thing.
"NSFs should do things for the pride,"
Call me a fool but I chose to be bought into that. I chose to take pride in my work and ensure things I did are what people associate with quality. At the end of the day, so what? Your hard work and ability(if I have any) are not rewarded but exploited. I decided to take a second look at the product that was sold to me. I thought I took pride in my work, I showed I can produce quality products if I choose to. However,I can choose to produce quality and I can choose not to. Freedom of choice, is perhaps, something the crabs have not seen; is something I have.
"Your leadership is not shown until you know what are the choices your men have"
I was bought in to what you said, now its your turn.
